HPLC測定聚丙烯餐具中12種抗氧化劑遷移量

【摘要】:目的建立高效液相色譜法,測定聚丙烯餐具中12種抗氧化劑的遷移量。方法采用蒸餾水、質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%的乙酸溶液、質(zhì)量分數(shù)為10%的乙醇溶液、質(zhì)量分數(shù)為20%的乙醇溶液、質(zhì)量分數(shù)為50%的乙醇溶液、異辛烷、聚2,6-二苯基苯乙烷這7種食品模擬物浸提聚丙烯餐具中的12種抗氧化劑,經(jīng)高效液相色譜-二極管陣列檢測器測定,利用外標法進行定量。結(jié)果質(zhì)量濃度為5.0~100.0 mg/L的范圍內(nèi),12種抗氧化劑線性關系良好,R2≥0.9995,檢出限為0.5~2.0 mg/L,平均回收率在87.1%~98.7%,相對標準偏差在0.8%~3.1%。結(jié)論利用HPLC法測定聚丙烯餐具中12種抗氧化劑的遷移量,該方法操作簡便、快速、靈敏,可為食品接觸材料中抗氧化劑分析提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of the migration of 12 antioxidants in polypropylene tableware. Methods distilled water, acetic acid solution of 3% by mass fraction, ethanol solution of 10% by mass fraction, ethanol solution of 20% by mass fraction, ethanol solution of 50% by mass fraction, isooctane were used. Twelve kinds of antioxidants from polypropylene tableware were extracted from 7 food simulants, poly (2-diphenyl) phenylethane, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) -diode array detector.
