【摘要】：在近紅外光譜數(shù)據(jù)相似性測度時,由于光譜數(shù)據(jù)高維、非線性、重疊等特點(diǎn),會出現(xiàn)測度距離失效、數(shù)據(jù)信息處理困難等難題。針對傳統(tǒng)相似性測度方法在高維空間出現(xiàn)的不適應(yīng)性,提出了基于鄰近集計(jì)算的光譜相似性測度方法。首先,采用鄰域保持投影neighborhood preserving projections(NPP)算法對原始光譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行降維處理,該降維方法可以很好的保留原始光譜數(shù)據(jù)非線性結(jié)構(gòu)信息和數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的鄰域信息。然后,在光譜數(shù)據(jù)降維后的低維空間中,采用改進(jìn)的鄰近集計(jì)算方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對近紅外光譜數(shù)據(jù)的相似性測度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,基于鄰近集計(jì)算的光譜相似性測度方法,有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)了光譜數(shù)據(jù)的相似性測度,在煙葉風(fēng)格判定和品質(zhì)分析方面有較好的應(yīng)用前景,同時也為高維光譜數(shù)據(jù)相似性測度提供了一個良好的解決方法。
[Abstract]:In the near infrared spectral data similarity measurement, due to the spectral data high dimensional, nonlinear, overlapping and other characteristics, there will be measurement distance failure, data information processing difficulties. Aiming at the inadaptability of traditional similarity measurement methods in high dimensional space, a spectral similarity measurement method based on neighborhood set computation is proposed. Firstly, the neighborhood preserving projection neighborhood preserving projects (NPP) algorithm is used to reduce the dimension of the original spectral data, which can preserve the nonlinear structural information of the original spectral data and the neighborhood information of the data points. Then, in the reduced dimension space of the spectral data, the similarity measurement of the near infrared spectral data is realized by using the improved neighborhood set calculation method. The experimental results show that the spectral similarity measurement method based on adjacent set calculation can effectively measure the similarity of spectral data and has a good application prospect in tobacco style determination and quality analysis. At the same time, it also provides a good solution to measure the similarity of high dimensional spectral data.
