基于浸染工藝的納米TiO2負(fù)載滌綸織物的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:本文首先采用浸染法將不同粒徑的納米TiO_2負(fù)載于滌綸纖維表面制備納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物,在使用多種分析技術(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征的基礎(chǔ)上,將其作為光催化劑應(yīng)用于偶氮染料的光催化降解反應(yīng)中,重點(diǎn)考察了浸染工藝中納米TiO_2水分散液濃度、浴比、負(fù)載溫度和時(shí)間、工作液pH值、無機(jī)鹽以及納米TiO_2粒徑等因素對(duì)納米TiO_2在滌綸織物表面負(fù)載量及其催化活性的影響。并將浸染法所制備納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物與浸軋法制備的納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物進(jìn)行比較,重點(diǎn)考察了兩者的光催化活性的耐久性。然后通過兩步法和一浴法分別制備兩種納米TiO_2負(fù)載染色滌綸織物,主要研究了兩種工藝對(duì)納米TiO_2負(fù)載染色滌綸織物光催化活性和顏色特征的影響。最后將浸染法制備納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物應(yīng)用于室內(nèi)空氣中甲醛的光催化降解反應(yīng)中,評(píng)估了其在不同輻射光條件下對(duì)甲醛的去除效率。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,通過浸染法工藝能夠使不同粒徑納米TiO_2牢固地負(fù)載于滌綸纖維表面。在此負(fù)載工藝中提高納米TiO_2水分散液濃度和浴比能夠顯著增加納米TiO_2的負(fù)載量,并且只有負(fù)載溫度達(dá)到130℃時(shí)滌綸纖維才能獲得較高的納米TiO_2負(fù)載量,此外降低工作液pH值有利于納米TiO_2的負(fù)載。特別需要指出的是,盡管在工作液中添加NaCl、Na2SO4或NaNO3等無機(jī)鹽都能夠顯著提高納米TiO_2在滌綸纖維表面的負(fù)載量,但是所制備的納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物卻表現(xiàn)出不同的光催化活性。此外,盡管使用浸染法所制備納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物的光催化活性略低于浸軋法制備的納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物,但是卻顯示出更好的耐久性。使用浸染法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)滌綸織物的分散染料染色和納米Ti02負(fù)載的一浴化處理,但是在滌綸纖維表面的分散染料和納米TiO_2之間存在著相互作用。納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物能夠光催化降解室內(nèi)空氣中的甲醛,納米TiO_2負(fù)載量的提高和紫外光輻射的引入能夠顯著提高納米TiO_2負(fù)載滌綸織物對(duì)空氣中甲醛的光催化降解效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, nanometer TiO_2 loaded polyester fabric was prepared by impregnating different particle size nanometer TiO_2 onto polyester fiber surface, and it was characterized by various analytical techniques. It was used as photocatalyst in the photocatalytic degradation of azo dyes. The concentration, bath ratio, loading temperature and time, pH value of the working solution were investigated. The effects of inorganic salts and nanometer TiO_2 particle size on the loading amount and catalytic activity of nano TiO_2 on the surface of polyester fabric were investigated. The durability of nano TiO_2 supported polyester fabric prepared by impregnation method was compared with that of nano TiO_2 supported polyester fabric prepared by impregnation and rolling process. Then two kinds of nanosized TiO_2 supported dyeing polyester fabrics were prepared by two-step method and one-bath method respectively. The effects of two processes on the photocatalytic activity and color characteristics of nano-TiO_2 supported dyeing polyester fabric were studied. Finally, Nano-sized TiO_2 supported polyester fabric was prepared by impregnation method and applied to the photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde in indoor air, and the removal efficiency of formaldehyde was evaluated under different radiation conditions. The experimental results show that TiO_2 with different diameters can be firmly loaded on the surface of polyester fiber by dipping process. In this loading process, increasing the concentration of water dispersion and bath ratio of nanometer TiO_2 can significantly increase the loading amount of nano TiO_2, and only when the loading temperature reaches 130 鈩,
