高分子量PCT聚酯的合成及性能表征

【摘要】:以1,4-環(huán)己烷二甲醇(CHDM)、對苯二甲酸(PTA)、均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)和異氰尿酸三縮水甘油酯(TGIC)為原料,通過直接酯化、減壓縮聚和熔融擴鏈的方法制備了一系列分子量可控的芳香族聚酯——聚對苯二甲酸-1,4-環(huán)己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)。采用傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)、差示掃描量熱(DSC)、熱重分析(TG)、廣角X-射線衍射(WXRD)、電子萬能試驗機分別研究了其分子結(jié)構(gòu)、熱性能和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:當n(CHDM)∶n(PTA)=1.2時,用復(fù)配催化劑鈦酸四丁酯(TBT)、二氧化鍺(GeO_2)、三氧化二銻(Sb_2O_3)(用量均為0.1mg/g)以及醋酸鈷(Co(Ac)_2)(用量為0.05mg/g),290℃下縮聚3h得到數(shù)均分子量較大的PCT,特性黏數(shù)([η])為0.560dL/g。PMDA-TGIC聯(lián)用擴鏈可以獲得特性黏數(shù)為0.680dL/g的擴鏈PCT,用其制備的薄膜拉伸強度可達27.6 MPa。
[Abstract]:The direct esterification was carried out by using 1,4-cyclohexane-dimethyl alcohol (CHDMN), terephthalate (PTAA), tetracarboxylic anhydride (PMDAs) and triglycidyl isocyanate (TGIC) as raw materials. A series of aromatic polyester, poly (terephthalic acid) -1 (4-cyclohexane dimethanolyl) (PCT) with controllable molecular weight, were prepared by decompression Polycondensation and melt chain extension. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSCC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGN), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WXRD), electronic universal testing machine were used to study the molecular structure, thermal properties and mechanical properties. The results show that when n(CHDM):n(PTA)=1.2, The high molecular weight PCTs can be obtained by using the complex catalyst tetrabutyl titanate (TBT), germanium oxide (GE _ 2O _ 2) _ 2, antimony trioxide (SB _ 2O _ 3) (in the amount of 0.1 mg / g) and cobalt acetate (Co _ 2 O _ (2) O _ (2) at 290 鈩,
