混合堿處理制備微介孔催化劑及其噻吩烷基化催化性能

【摘要】:以SiO_2/Al2O3物質(zhì)的量比為50的H-ZSM-5分子篩為母體,分別采用Na_2CO_3溶液處理后加入TPAOH溶液進(jìn)行二次晶化法以及Na_2CO_3/TPAOH混合溶液同時(shí)處理法,制備了微孔-介孔多級孔HZSM-5催化劑,對其噻吩烷基化反應(yīng)催化性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,采用4 mol/L的Na_2CO_3溶液處理后的催化劑在TPAOH溶液中發(fā)生了二次晶化;當(dāng)TPAOH溶液濃度為0.3 mol/L、晶化溫度為170℃、晶化時(shí)間為24 h時(shí),得到的HZ(CO_2-3-TPA+,0.3-24-170)催化劑具有適宜的孔徑和酸性,其噻吩烷基化轉(zhuǎn)化率最高(99.1%)。而Na_2CO_3/TPAOH同時(shí)處理HZSM-5分子篩所得的催化劑,由于生成大量SiO_2堵塞了孔道,覆蓋了催化劑表面,降低了催化劑的平均孔徑和酸性,不適合噻吩烷基化反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The microporous and mesoporous multiporous HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared using H-ZSM-5 molecular sieve with the mass ratio of SiO_2/Al2O3 to 50 as the matrix, the microporous and mesoporous multiporous HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by the secondary crystallization of TPAOH solution and the simultaneous treatment of Na_2CO_3/TPAOH mixed solution by adding TPAOH solution after Na_2CO_3 solution treatment. The catalytic performance of thiophene alkylation reaction was studied. The results show that the catalyst treated with 4 mol/L Na_2CO_3 solution has secondary crystallization in TPAOH solution, when the concentration of TPAOH solution is 0.3 mol / L, the crystallization temperature is 170 鈩,
