基于同步輻射X射線熒光光譜和X射線吸收近邊結(jié)構(gòu)譜研究鉛鋅礦區(qū)浮萍中砷的耐受機(jī)制

【摘要】:水生植物浮萍能夠富集高濃度的砷,是植物過(guò)濾修復(fù)技術(shù)的代表,其耐受機(jī)理備受關(guān)注。本研究利用同步輻射X射線熒光光譜(Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence,SRXRF)和X射線吸收近邊結(jié)構(gòu)譜(Xray absorption near edge structure,XANES)技術(shù),開(kāi)展了鉛鋅礦區(qū)天然富砷浮萍樣品中砷元素的微區(qū)分布和形態(tài)特征研究。微區(qū)SRXRF分析了兩個(gè)單片浮萍樣品FP1和FP2,單點(diǎn)掃描時(shí)間分別為5 s和2 s,光斑尺寸分別為70μm×80μm和100μm×100μm;對(duì)FP2樣品選擇了6個(gè)位置進(jìn)行了微區(qū)XANES單點(diǎn)形態(tài)分析,掃描的能量范圍為11.81~11.96 keV;整體XANES形態(tài)分析是針對(duì)壓片的浮萍樣品,掃描的能量范圍為11.67~12.27 keV。結(jié)果表明,浮萍樣品整體和微區(qū)XANES數(shù)據(jù)均表明砷形態(tài)為As(Ⅲ);SRXRF微區(qū)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)浮萍中砷元素具有顯著的葉脈分布特征,在一定濃度范圍內(nèi),砷并不擴(kuò)散到進(jìn)行光合作用的葉肉中,有利于減輕砷對(duì)葉片的毒害作用,可能是浮萍耐受砷的一個(gè)保護(hù)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The aquatic plant duckweed can enrich high concentration of arsenic, which is the representative of plant filtration and repair technology, and its tolerance mechanism has attracted much attention. In this study, synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence X RF) and Xray absorption near edge structure (XANES) techniques were used to study the microdistribution and morphological characteristics of arsenic in natural arsenic rich duckweed samples in lead-zinc mining area. Two samples of duckweed, FP1 and FP2, were analyzed by SRXRF. The scanning time of single spot was 5 s and 2 s, and the size of spot was 70 渭 m 脳 80 渭 m and 100 渭 m 脳 100 渭 m, respectively. The energy range of scanning is 11.81 ~ 11.96 Kev and the energy range of scanning is 11.67 ~ 12.27 Kev.
