【摘要】：建立了直接進(jìn)樣測定生活飲用水及其水源水中5種苯胺類化合物(苯胺、3-硝基苯胺、4-硝基苯胺、2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺和六硝基二苯胺)的液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法。水樣經(jīng)0.22μm聚醚砜濾膜過濾后直接進(jìn)樣,目標(biāo)化合物在HSS T3色譜柱上經(jīng)梯度洗脫,于4 min完成分離,多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測模式檢測。5種苯胺類化合物在各自線性范圍內(nèi)線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)R≥0.995。方法的檢出限為0.773~1.88μg/L(S/N=3),定量限為2.58~6.27μg/L(S/N=10);峰面積的日內(nèi)和日間相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)分別為0.8%~1.9%和3.3%~4.9%;樣品加標(biāo)回收率為84.1%~105.0%,加標(biāo)樣品的RSD為1.0%~3.1%。應(yīng)用本方法對35份水樣進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,本方法準(zhǔn)確、靈敏、快速,適用于生活飲用水及其水源水的常規(guī)分析,可為苯胺類化合物的污染評價提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for the determination of five aniline compounds (aniline 3-nitroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2-dichloro-4-nitroaniline and hexanitrodiphenylamine) in drinking water and its source water was established.
