熔融制樣-X射線熒光光譜法測定鉻礦中14種主次成分

【摘要】:針對(duì)鉻礦主次組分同時(shí)測定中存在的問題,建立了熔融制樣-X射線熒光光譜法同時(shí)測定鉻礦中Cr_2O_3、Fe、MgO、SiO_2、Al_2O_3、CaO、P、S、K_2O、Ni、Co、Ti、Mn、V等14種主次組分的分析方法。以Li_2B_4O_7-LiBO_2(m∶m=67∶33)為熔劑,稀釋比1∶20,定量加入氧化-脫模混合溶液(500g/L NaNO_3溶液-70g/L LiBr溶液),在700℃預(yù)氧化5min,在1100℃熔融20min,制得透明的熔片。使用鉻礦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)與釩鈦鐵精礦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì),光譜純?cè)噭┭趸嚢床煌壤旌现苽浜铣尚?zhǔn)樣品系列,拓展了校準(zhǔn)曲線含量范圍。方法的檢出限為10~748μg/g。采用理論α系數(shù)法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù)法相結(jié)合的方法校正基體效應(yīng)。對(duì)1個(gè)鉻礦樣品進(jìn)行精密度考察,測定結(jié)果的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=12)均小于5%;采用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對(duì)1個(gè)鉻礦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析,測定結(jié)果與認(rèn)定值相符,能滿足鉻礦中各成分的檢測要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems in simultaneous determination of main and minor components of chromium ores, a method for simultaneous determination of Cr2O3FeO- MgO- SiO- SiO2-Al2O3- Al2O3CaO- PSCOK2O-NiCoCoTiMnMnV and other major components in chromium ores by means of melting sample preparation and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been established.
