氧化石墨烯選擇性抗菌性能研究

【摘要】:采用改進的Hummer方法合成氧化石墨烯,通過控制超聲時間獲得不同橫向尺寸的納米片,將其與大腸桿菌作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)氧化石墨烯的抗菌活性與其橫向尺寸呈正相關,當氧化石墨烯平均橫向尺寸為2.5μm時,大腸桿菌的失活率達到96.4%.以革蘭氏陰性菌大腸桿菌、綠膿桿菌和革蘭氏陽性菌金黃色葡萄球菌作為研究對象,考察氧化石墨烯的抗菌性能.結果表明,低濃度(≤100μg·mL~(-1))時氧化石墨烯對革蘭氏陰性菌的抑制作用強于對革蘭氏陽性菌的抑制作用,當濃度達到200μg·mL~(-1)時,3種細菌失活率均能達到90%以上.最后通過原子力顯微鏡(AFM)觀察大腸桿菌在氧化石墨烯作用下隨時間的變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)大腸桿菌被氧化石墨烯納米片包裹,其抗菌作用推測是通過氧化石墨烯片的氧化應激和阻隔營養(yǎng)物質的輸送實現(xiàn).
