PDMS-Au復(fù)合基底上多環(huán)芳烴分子的表面增強(qiáng)拉曼光譜

【摘要】:利用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)對有機(jī)物的富集功能,通過在金納米粒子單層膜(Au MLF)表面旋涂薄層PDMS膜制備PDMS-Au MLF復(fù)合表面增強(qiáng)拉曼光譜(SERS)基底.研究了SERS增強(qiáng)性能與旋涂液濃度及稀釋溶劑間的關(guān)系,考察了復(fù)合基底增強(qiáng)活性的均勻性.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),采用叔丁醇為稀釋溶劑,濃度為2%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的旋涂液時(shí)所得復(fù)合基底表面多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)的SERS信號強(qiáng)度最高,且此基底SERS信號強(qiáng)度偏差小于10%.分別以PDMS-Au MLF復(fù)合材料和Au MLF作為基底,對比研究了對萘、蒽、菲和芘4種多環(huán)芳烴的SERS檢測能力.結(jié)果表明,PDMS-Au MLF復(fù)合基底對以上4種有機(jī)物的檢出限分別為10~(-6),10~(-7),10~(-8)及10~(-7)mol/L,相比于單一Au MLF基底,其檢測限至少降低了1個(gè)數(shù)量級,這主要源自于PDMS對PAHs的富集作用,且此類復(fù)合基底可用于多種多環(huán)芳烴混合物的特征識別.
[Abstract]:The enrichment function of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) on organic compounds was used to prepare PDMS-Au MLF composite surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrates by spin-coating thin PDMS films on au MLF monolayers of gold nanoparticles. The relationship between SERS reinforcement and the concentration of spin-coating solution and dilute solvent was studied, and the homogeneity of the reinforcing activity of the composite substrate was investigated. It is found that the SERS signal intensity of the composite substrate surface is the highest when tert-butanol is used as the dilution solvent and the concentration is 2% (mass fraction), and the deviation of the SERS signal intensity of the substrate is less than 10%. The SERS detection ability of naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene and pyrene polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was studied by using PDMS-Au MLF composites and au MLF as substrates, respectively. The results showed that the detection limits of the above four organic compounds on the PDMS-Au MLF composite substrate were 10 ~ 10 ~ (-6) ~ 10 ~ (-1) and 10 ~ 10 ~ (-7) mol / L, respectively. Compared with a single au MLF substrate, the detection limit was reduced by at least one order of magnitude, which was mainly due to the enrichment of PAHs by PDMS. The composite substrates can be used to identify the characteristics of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) mixtures.
