【摘要】:作為與人類文明和生存密切相關(guān)的重大研究方向,溫和條件下氮?dú)獾幕罨c轉(zhuǎn)化(固氮)研究在1970~1990年代曾經(jīng)是國(guó)際上備受關(guān)注的研究領(lǐng)域.但是,由于該領(lǐng)域極具挑戰(zhàn)性,研究進(jìn)展緩慢以及世界學(xué)術(shù)文化的變化,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來從事相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究工作的化學(xué)研究者急劇減少.然而,毋庸置疑,實(shí)現(xiàn)溫和條件下氮?dú)獾幕罨c轉(zhuǎn)化是人類需要解決的重大科學(xué)問題,是人類社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,是科學(xué)家尤其是化學(xué)家最重要的使命之一.將氮?dú)庵苯愚D(zhuǎn)化為含氮有機(jī)化合物是氮?dú)獾闹苯討?yīng)用之一,本綜述總結(jié)和歸納了文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的金屬促進(jìn)的以氮?dú)鉃樵现苯由珊袡C(jī)化合物的轉(zhuǎn)化方法和反應(yīng)機(jī)理,產(chǎn)物主要包括胺類,酰胺類,酰亞胺類,腈類,二氮烯類,連氮類,碳二亞胺類,異氰酸酯類及雜環(huán)類有機(jī)化合物.本綜述不包括將氮?dú)廪D(zhuǎn)化成氨氣和部分還原及質(zhì)子化產(chǎn)物的文獻(xiàn).
[Abstract]:As a major research direction closely related to human civilization and survival, the activation and transformation (nitrogen fixation) of nitrogen under mild conditions was once a concerned field in the world in 1970-1990 's. However, due to the challenge in this field, the slow progress of research and the change of academic culture in the world, the number of chemical researchers engaged in related basic research has decreased sharply since the beginning of the 21st century. However, there is no doubt that the realization of nitrogen activation and transformation under mild conditions is a major scientific problem to be solved by human beings. It is the requirement of sustainable development of human society and one of the most important missions of scientists, especially chemists. The direct conversion of nitrogen to nitrogen-containing organic compounds is one of the direct applications of nitrogen. This review summarizes and summarizes the methods and reaction mechanism of metal-promoted conversion of nitrogen-containing organic compounds directly from nitrogen to nitrogen-containing organic compounds reported in the literature. The products include amine, imide, nitrile, diazene, diazo, carbodiimide, isocyanate and heterocyclic organic compounds. This review does not include references on the conversion of nitrogen to ammonia and partial reduction and protonation products.
