改性埃洛石納米管中甲基丙烯酸甲酯的ARGET ATRP聚合

【摘要】:受限空間內(nèi)進行自由基聚合有望獲得特殊性能的產(chǎn)物或新材料。采用4種硅烷偶聯(lián)劑KH151、KH550、KH560、KH570分別對埃洛石納米管(HNTs)進行了改性,將改性埃洛石納米管(HNTs-M)作為"受限空間",在其內(nèi)部進行甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的電子轉(zhuǎn)移活化再生催化劑原子轉(zhuǎn)移自由基聚合反應(ARGET ATRP)。通過XRD、TEM、SEM、FTIR、TGA、N2吸附/脫附、GPC、~1H NMR等測試方法對HNTs-M、HNTs-M/PMMA復合材料及其孔道內(nèi)PMMA進行了分析表征。結(jié)果表明,改性后和聚合后的HNTs比表面積、孔容及孔徑依次降低,且晶型結(jié)構沒有被破壞,孔道內(nèi)的PMMA以無定形結(jié)構形式存在。與常規(guī)聚合所得的PMMA相比,孔道內(nèi)部聚合所得的PMMA的分子量、熱穩(wěn)定性、等規(guī)立構含量有所提高,且分子量分布仍然較窄,但間規(guī)立構含量有所降低。
[Abstract]:Free radical polymerization in confined space is expected to obtain products or new materials with special properties. HNTs were modified by four silane coupling agents KH151 (KH 151) KH 550 KH 560 KH 570, respectively. HNTs-M) was used as a "limited space" for the electron transfer activation of methyl methacrylate (MMA). The atom transfer radical polymerization reaction was carried out on the catalyst for atom transfer radical polymerization (ARGET ATRPP). The HNTs-M / M / PMMA composites and their PMMA in pore channels were characterized by XRDX Tem SEMU FTIR TGAN 2 adsorption / desorption (GPCN) 1H NMR. The results show that the specific surface area, pore volume and pore size of the modified and polymerized HNTs decrease in turn, and the crystalline structure is not destroyed, and the PMMA in the pore exists in the form of amorphous structure. Compared with the PMMA prepared by conventional polymerization, the molecular weight, thermal stability and isotactic content of the PMMA obtained by the internal polymerization of the pore are increased, and the molecular weight distribution is still narrow, but the syndiotactic content is decreased.
