液質(zhì)聯(lián)用法測定不同產(chǎn)地五味子中七種有效化學(xué)成分的含量

【摘要】:目的建立五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子酚、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子丙素的含量測定方法。方法采用液相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法,以色譜柱ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),流動相為乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脫0~5 min,A為40%;5~7 min,A為40%~70%;7~10 min,A為70%;10~11 min,A為100%;11~12 min A為40%,回到初始條件,流速為0.3 ml/min,進(jìn)樣量2μl,柱溫30℃,ESI離子源在正離子模式下選擇離子掃描模式對五味子中的七種木脂素進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果七種木脂素在一定范圍內(nèi)線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.999,加樣回收率在94.48%~96.70%之間,RSD在0.58~4.07之間,n=9。結(jié)論該方法快速、靈敏度高、選擇性好,適合測定五味子中木脂素的定量分析。
