光譜濾波法提高激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜對(duì)蔬菜中元素Pb的檢測(cè)精度

【摘要】:激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜(Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)原始光譜中包含較多噪聲信號(hào),為探究不同濾波方法對(duì)LIBS光譜預(yù)處理的影響,本研究以實(shí)驗(yàn)室Pb污染處理的蔬菜為研究對(duì)象,采集波長(zhǎng)范圍在400.45~410.98 nm的LIBS譜線信息,分別利用相鄰平均(Adjacent averaging)、Savitzky-Golay(S-G)濾波器、快速傅里葉變換(Fast Fourier transformation,FFT)對(duì)采集的LIBS光譜進(jìn)行平滑、去噪,并結(jié)合偏最小二乘法(PLS)定量分析模型對(duì)光譜處理效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,S-G平滑效果最優(yōu),當(dāng)S-G濾波器窗口寬度為15,擬合階次為3時(shí),PLS定量模型效果最佳,其驗(yàn)證集均方根誤差(RMSEP)為0.26、平均相對(duì)誤差(ARE)為3.7%。結(jié)果表明,選擇適合的濾波方法有助于提高LIBS光譜質(zhì)量以及檢測(cè)模型的精度。
[Abstract]:Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) contains more noise signals in the original spectrum. In order to explore the effect of different filtering methods on LIBS spectrum pretreatment, the vegetables contaminated by Pb in laboratory were used as the research object in this study. LIBS line information with wavelength range of 400.45 ~ 410.98 nm is collected. The LIBS spectrum is smoothed and de-noised by using adjacent average Adjacent averaginger Savitzky-Golayay S-G filter and Fast Fourier transform (FFT). The spectral processing effect was evaluated with the partial least square (PLS) quantitative analysis model. The results show that the S-G smoothing effect is the best, when the window width of S-G filter is 15, the fitting order is 3, the RMSEPs of the verification set is 0.26, and the average relative error is 3.7. The results show that the selection of suitable filtering method is helpful to improve the LIBS spectral quality and the accuracy of the detection model.
