多壁碳納米管-聚醚砜復合膜凈化法快速測定食品中15種農(nóng)藥殘留

【摘要】:采用相轉(zhuǎn)化法,把吸附材料多壁碳納米管填充到聚醚砜中,制備多壁碳納米管-聚醚砜復合膜。由掃描電鏡觀察可知,復合膜呈指狀孔結(jié)構(gòu)。設計簡便、易于操作的復合膜過濾前處理裝置,將該復合膜和裝置用于食品中農(nóng)藥多殘留快速檢測的前處理中,采用超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜進行測定,建立食品中15種農(nóng)藥的快速檢測方法。結(jié)果顯示:采用復合膜對樣品進行快速前處理,凈化效果良好,但由于復合膜中多壁碳納米管的特殊平面環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu),使得復合膜可能對平面型農(nóng)藥具有一定的吸附作用,15種農(nóng)藥中,2種平面型農(nóng)藥回收率不好,13種非平面型農(nóng)藥的回收率平均值在71%~118%之間,相對標準偏差在0.73%~12.87%之間(n=6)。該方法使得整個樣品前處理時間從4~7 h縮短到30 min內(nèi),并具有操作簡單高效、靈敏度高、環(huán)境友好、易于普及的優(yōu)點,適合于食品中非平面型農(nóng)藥殘留的快速分析測定。
[Abstract]:Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were filled in polyethersulfone (PES) by phase inversion method to prepare multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) / polyethersulfone (PES) composite membranes. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the composite membrane had a finger-like pore structure. A simple and easy to operate composite membrane filtration preprocessing device was designed. The composite membrane and the device were used for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in food, and were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). A rapid method for the determination of 15 pesticides in food was established. The results showed that the rapid pretreatment of the samples by the composite membrane had a good purification effect, but due to the special planar annular structure of the multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the composite membrane, The results showed that the composite membrane might have a certain adsorption effect on planar pesticides. The average recoveries of 2 planar pesticides and 13 non-planar pesticides were between 71 and 118%, and the relative standard deviations were between 0. 73 and 12. 87%.
