微波消解—ICP-MS混合模式測定動植物源食品中11種金屬元素

【摘要】:建立了電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)混合模式測定動植物源食品中11種痕量元素的檢測方法。樣品經(jīng)微波消解后,采用混合模式測定動植物源食品中As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Fe,M n 11種元素,內(nèi)標法定量。結果表明:11種元素的檢出限分別在0.005~0.09μg/L之間;線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)r≥0.9995;相對標準偏差(RSD)為0.94%~7.2%;回收率在90.7%~103.5%之間;對不同食品類型的對照標準樣品GBW10016、GBW10018、GBW10044、GBW10051進行測定,測定結果均在參考值范圍。本方法適用于批量動植物源食品中多元素的同時測定。
[Abstract]:An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was developed for the determination of 11 trace elements in animal and plant foods. The samples were digested by microwave, and the 11 elements of As-HgHgPbPbCd-Cr-Co-NiCuZZn-FeNin in animal and plant food were determined by mixing mode and the internal standard quantity was determined.
