甲醇氧化制甲醛鐵鉬催化劑表面結(jié)構(gòu)與活性

【摘要】:利用共沉淀法在不同攪拌速度下制備了相同Mo/Fe原子比的甲醇氧化制甲醛催化劑,采用SEM、XRD和拉曼光譜等對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行表征,在固定床微反上評(píng)價(jià)催化劑活性和選擇性。結(jié)果表明,攪拌速度增大,催化劑比表面積增大,催化活性增強(qiáng),甲醛收率由600 r·min~(-1)時(shí)的73.8%增加到10000 r·min-1時(shí)的95.7%(280℃)。此外,催化劑由片狀的MoO_3和顆粒狀的Fe_2(MoO_4)_3兩部分組成,游離的片狀MoO3無(wú)明顯催化活性,只有與Fe2(Mo O4)3結(jié)合時(shí)才具有催化活性。
[Abstract]:The catalyst for methanol oxidation to formaldehyde with the same Mo/Fe atom ratio was prepared by coprecipitation at different stirring rates. The catalyst was characterized by SEM XRD and Raman spectroscopy. The catalyst activity and selectivity were evaluated on fixed bed microreactor. The results showed that the specific surface area and catalytic activity of the catalyst increased with the increase of stirring speed. The yield of formaldehyde increased from 73.8% at 600r / min ~ (-1) to 95.775 鈩,
