基于細菌纖維素的毛細管電泳法同時測定果蔬中3種苯并咪唑類殺菌劑

【摘要】:建立了高效毛細管電泳同時測定果蔬中3種常見的苯并咪唑類殺菌劑(甲基硫菌靈、多菌靈和苯菌靈)的分析方法。以細菌纖維素(BC)為電泳緩沖液添加劑來提高毛細管電泳的分離能力。系統(tǒng)考察了檢測波長、緩沖液離子強度、緩沖液pH、分離電壓及BC添加量對3種苯并咪唑類殺菌劑分離效果的影響。最終的優(yōu)化條件:H3BO3/Na2B4O7緩沖液(4 mmol/L,pH 9.0);BC添加質量分數(shù)0.3%;運行電壓15 kV;分離柱溫25℃;檢測波長275 nm。3種苯并咪唑類殺菌劑在8 min之內可實現(xiàn)基線分離及準確定量。結果顯示:3種苯并咪唑類殺菌劑在各自線性范圍內線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)(r2)≥0.997;檢出限為5.0~10.0μg/L;保留時間及峰面積的日間相對標準偏差(n=5)分別為0.82%~1.0%和2.4%~2.9%。該法用于葡萄、番茄及黃瓜中3種苯并咪唑類殺菌劑的測定,加標回收率為93.5%~103.0%,RSD≤8.0%。該法可作為果蔬中甲基硫菌靈、多菌靈和苯菌靈同時檢測的有效手段。
[Abstract]:A method for simultaneous determination of benzimidazole fungicides (methyl thiamethyl, carbendazim and benzyl) in fruits and vegetables by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was established. The separation ability of capillary electrophoresis was improved by using bacterial cellulose (BC) as buffer additive. The effects of detection wavelength, ionic strength of buffer, pH of buffer, separation voltage and addition of BC on the separation of three benzimidazole fungicides were systematically investigated.
