基于紅外光譜和二維相關(guān)譜的降香黃檀易混樹(shù)種鑒別研究

【摘要】:利用紅外光譜結(jié)合二階導(dǎo)數(shù)紅外光譜和二維相關(guān)譜,對(duì)降香黃檀易混樹(shù)種的苯醇抽提物進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明,它們苯醇抽提物的光譜圖差異明顯,紅外光譜三級(jí)鑒別法可以為易混淆樹(shù)種抽提物鑒別研究提供一種簡(jiǎn)便有效的分析方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the benzene alcohol extracts from the mixed tree species were studied by means of infrared spectrum, second derivative infrared spectrum and two dimensional correlation spectrum. The results showed that the spectral figures of the benzene alcohol extracts were obviously different from each other. The three-stage infrared spectrum identification method can provide a simple and effective analysis method for the identification of the extracts of confusable tree species.
