聚苯胺及其衍生物在殺菌防污領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:抗菌劑在涂料、膜、生物智能材料等材料表面的防污領(lǐng)域有著極其重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。隨著環(huán)保意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),長(zhǎng)效、環(huán)境友好型的抗菌劑成為當(dāng)前研究的主流。其中,聚苯胺由于其良好的生物相容性和物理化學(xué)性能,是一種極具潛力的抗菌劑。聚苯胺的抗菌機(jī)理可由自身的氧化還原活性、陽(yáng)離子吸附效應(yīng)及電化學(xué)活性3方面分析。概括了聚苯胺及其衍生物的結(jié)構(gòu)及制備方法;進(jìn)一步從殺菌防污機(jī)理出發(fā),綜述了聚苯胺及其衍生復(fù)合材料在不同防污材料中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展,包括在接觸殺菌型表面、釋放殺菌型表面、抗黏附型表面3種類型的材料中的應(yīng)用。此外,提出了聚苯胺在防污應(yīng)用中需進(jìn)一步解決的問題及發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Antimicrobial agents have very important application value in antifouling field of coating, membrane, biomaterial and so on. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, long-term, environmental-friendly antimicrobial agents have become the mainstream of current research. Polyaniline is a potential antimicrobial agent because of its good biocompatibility and physical and chemical properties. The antibacterial mechanism of Polyaniline can be analyzed from three aspects: redox activity, cation adsorption and electrochemical activity. The structure and preparation methods of Polyaniline and its derivatives were summarized, and the research progress in the application of Polyaniline and its derivative composites in different antifouling materials, including contact bactericidal surfaces, was reviewed based on the bactericidal and antifouling mechanism. Release of germicidal surfaces, adhesion-resistant surfaces in three types of material applications. In addition, the problems and development direction of Polyaniline in antifouling application are put forward.
