基于香豆素的比率型次氯酸熒光探針

【摘要】:次氯酸(HCl O)是生物體內(nèi)重要的活性氧(ROS)之一,在人類免疫功能系統(tǒng)中扮演著重要的角色,有助于對(duì)入侵細(xì)菌和病原體進(jìn)行破壞。本文設(shè)計(jì)并合成了基于香豆素為母體單元的比率型次氯酸熒光探針。研究結(jié)果表明,該探針對(duì)次氯酸識(shí)別顯示出較高的選擇性,檢測(cè)線低至12 mol/L,熒光響應(yīng)可在5 s內(nèi)迅速完成,并伴隨著溶液顏色由無色轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)辄S綠色。其它常見的陰離子及氧化型物質(zhì)對(duì)次氯酸檢測(cè)均無干擾。此外,高分辨率質(zhì)譜、熒光光譜和紫外可見光譜變化共同證實(shí)了該探針對(duì)次氯酸的檢測(cè)機(jī)制為次氯酸對(duì)探針氧化水解。
[Abstract]:HCl O) is one of the most important reactive oxygen species (Ros) in organisms. It plays an important role in human immune system and is helpful to destroy invading bacteria and pathogens. A ratio hypochlorite fluorescence probe based on coumarin was designed and synthesized. The results show that the probe has a high selectivity for hypochloric acid recognition, the detection line is as low as 12 mol / L, the fluorescence response can be completed rapidly in 5 seconds, and the color of the solution changes from colorless to yellowish green. Other common anions and oxidized substances do not interfere with the detection of hypochloric acid. In addition, the changes of high resolution mass spectrometry, fluorescence spectra and UV-Vis spectra confirmed that the detection mechanism of hypochloric acid by this probe is hypochloric acid oxidation hydrolysis.
