棕櫚酸異丙酯反應(yīng)體系熱力學(xué)參數(shù)的測定

【摘要】:為確定"兩步法"合成棕櫚酸異丙酯工藝過程熱力學(xué)可行性,進(jìn)一步提高工程應(yīng)用中引用數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性,采用DSC-60差示掃描量熱儀和XRY-1C氧彈量熱器等分別對(duì)該反應(yīng)體系中物質(zhì)的定壓比熱容和燃燒熱進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測定,并通過熱力學(xué)關(guān)系式計(jì)算得到有關(guān)物質(zhì)的摩爾生成焓及反應(yīng)焓變,為連續(xù)化工藝的設(shè)計(jì)提供了基礎(chǔ)熱力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the thermodynamic feasibility of the "two-step" process for the synthesis of isopropyl palmitate, the reliability of the cited data in engineering application is further improved. DSC-60 differential scanning calorimeter and XRY-1C oxygen bomb calorimeter were used to measure the specific heat capacity and combustion heat of the reaction system respectively. The molar enthalpy of formation and the enthalpy of reaction were calculated by thermodynamics. The basic thermodynamic data are provided for the design of continuous process.
