【摘要】：正歐盟議會和理事會關(guān)于《化學(xué)品注冊、評估、許可和限制》的(EC)1907/2006法規(guī)即歐盟REACH法規(guī)已于2007年6月1日實施。REACH法規(guī)提出了高度關(guān)注物質(zhì)(SVHCs)清單,規(guī)定SVHCs在物品中的總含量超過1噸/年或是SVHCs在物品中的總含量以質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)計超過0.1%,任何歐洲制造商或進(jìn)口商應(yīng)向歐盟化學(xué)品管理署進(jìn)行通報。SVHCs具有致癌、致畸及生殖毒性、持久累積毒性
