【摘要】：優(yōu)化福林酚法測定酸漿宿萼總多酚含量的條件,并對其進行分析評價。結(jié)果表明:樣本0.5 mL,福林酚用量1.0 mL,10%Na_2CO_3用量8 mL,當反應時間為2.5 h,反應溫度為20℃,在波長760 nm處測定時,總多酚的含量與吸光度呈良好的線性關系,該方法操作簡便、靈敏度高、精密度高,穩(wěn)定性好,適宜酸漿宿萼總多酚含量的測定。
