【摘要】:一種中孔硫酸化的、只含Br?nsted酸位的氧化鋯-氧化硅催化劑可將甘油轉(zhuǎn)化為丙烯醛,其產(chǎn)率和選擇性分別為81%和82%.即使在低溫(523 K)下,產(chǎn)物時(shí)空收率可高達(dá)9.0 mmol h~(-1)g_(cat)~(-1).本催化劑的活性和選擇性高于典型的硫酸化的ZrO_2催化劑.氧化硅稀釋了鋯物種而使得催化劑酸性更溫和,較大的孔徑使得傳質(zhì)更快,因此催化劑性能提高.
[Abstract]:A mesoporous sulfurized zirconia silica catalyst containing only Br?nsted acid sites can convert glycerol to acrolein with yields and selectivity of 81% and 82% respectively. Even at low temperature (523K), the space-time yield of the product can be as high as 9.0 mmol / h ~ (-1). The activity and selectivity of this catalyst are higher than that of typical sulfated ZrO_2 catalyst. Silica dilutes the zirconium species and makes the catalyst more acidic, and the larger pore size makes the mass transfer faster, so the catalyst performance is improved.
