【摘要】:采用循環(huán)伏安法(CV)、恒電位電解法和計(jì)時(shí)電流法研究了對(duì)丙烯基茴香醚(p-PA)在乙腈-水混合溶液中的直接電氧化行為,考察了水的含量、掃描速度、溫度、反應(yīng)底物濃度、電解電位、電極等因素對(duì)p-PA中C%PC電氧化活化的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,p-PA在乙腈-水混合溶液中的電氧化過程是不可逆的,且該過程受擴(kuò)散步驟控制,擴(kuò)散系數(shù)D=2.53×10~(-6) cm~2·s~(-1)。通過GC-MS檢測(cè),p-PA直接電氧化的主要產(chǎn)物為對(duì)甲氧基苯甲醛(p-MBA)。在一室型無隔膜電解槽中,以石墨棒為工作電極,25℃下,乙腈-水混合溶液中水的含量為20%時(shí),反應(yīng)底物幾乎全部轉(zhuǎn)化,p-MBA的產(chǎn)率可達(dá)93%。
[Abstract]:The direct electrooxidation behavior of p-propenyl anisole (p-propenyl anisole p-PA) in acetonitrile-water mixed solution was studied by cyclic voltammetry, potentiostatic electrolysis and chronoamperometry. The water content, scanning rate, temperature and substrate concentration were investigated. Effects of electrolysis potential, electrode and other factors on the electrooxidation of C%PC in p-PA. The experimental results show that the electrooxidation process of p-PA in acetonitrile-water mixed solution is irreversible, and the process is controlled by the diffusion step. The main product of direct electrooxidation of p-PA by GC-MS is p-methoxybenzaldehyde (p-MBA). When the water content in acetonitrile-water mixed solution is 20, the yield of p-MBA can be up to 933 when the graphite rod is used as working electrode at 25 鈩,
