水性聚氨酯油墨連接料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及性能研究

【摘要】:用異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,4-丁二醇為主要原材料,通過(guò)兩步聚合法合成一系列水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散體。運(yùn)用傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、示差掃描量熱分析(DSC)、熱重分析(TGA)、X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)、偏光顯微鏡(POM)、接觸角測(cè)試和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等多種表征方法分析了WPU分散體的粘度、粒徑、固含量以及WPU膠膜的結(jié)構(gòu)、相分離程度、熱性能、結(jié)晶性能、透濕性能、力學(xué)性能和透光率等。重點(diǎn)研究了硬段/軟段的摩爾比(rm)對(duì)WPU性能的影響,其次還研究了親水單體(DMPA)、中和度和擴(kuò)鏈溫度對(duì)WPU性能的影響。研究rm對(duì)WPU的影響時(shí),rm分別取3,4,5,發(fā)現(xiàn)所制備的WPU分散體均具有較高的固含量,高達(dá)到40%、較低的粘度,其粘度范圍是20-50mp.s和較小的粒徑,其粒徑范圍是54.7-87.9nm。所有分散體表現(xiàn)出較好的電荷穩(wěn)定性,其膠膜具有較低的結(jié)晶性能和較高的耐熱性能,三個(gè)樣品的最高熱分解溫度在400℃左右,硬段的降解溫度在220-330℃,而軟段的降解溫度在330-400℃。WPU樣品膠膜都具有較高的透光率,其范圍在87%-99%之間。正是因?yàn)閃PU具有這些特性,可以作為水性聚氨酯油墨連接料直接使用,不用去除有機(jī)溶劑。研究DMPA、中和度和擴(kuò)鏈溫度對(duì)WPU性能的影響時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的DMPA含量及不同的中和度對(duì)WPU分散體儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性、粒徑和粘度均有不同程度的影響,當(dāng)DMPA含量大于2%時(shí),WPU才能形成穩(wěn)定的分散體,分散體粒徑范圍在21.5-51nm之間。當(dāng)WPU分散體中和度小于或等于70%時(shí),分散體不穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)擴(kuò)鏈溫度分別為40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃時(shí),WPU分散體穩(wěn)定性沒(méi)有明顯變化,膠膜吸水率降低,粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度增加。
[Abstract]:A series of waterborne polyurethane (WPUU) dispersions were synthesized by two-step polymerization with isoflurone diisocyanate (IPDI), polypropanediol (PPG), dimethylol propionate (DMPA) and 1,4-butanediol as the main raw materials. The viscosity and particle size of WPU dispersion were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarizing microscope (POM), contact angle test and mechanical property test. Solid content and structure, phase separation degree, thermal property, crystallization property, moisture permeability, mechanical property and light transmittance of WPU film. The influence of the molar ratio of hard segment to soft segment on the properties of WPU was studied, and the effects of hydrophilic monomer, neutralization degree and chain extension temperature on the properties of WPU were also studied. When studying the effect of RM on WPU, we found that the prepared WPU dispersions have higher solid content, up to 40% and lower viscosity. The viscosity ranges from 20-50mp.s and smaller particle size to 54.7-87.9 nm. All the dispersions showed good charge stability, and the film had lower crystallization property and higher heat resistance.
