【摘要】：本研究目的是探討仿野生栽培靈芝的多糖肽和靈芝酸含量變化,為規(guī)范靈芝栽培及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。本研究采用RP-HPLC測定靈芝酸含量和HPLC-ELSD法測定靈芝多糖肽含量。結(jié)果顯示:(1)低分子物質(zhì)(以靈芝酸A+B+C2計):菌蕾0.52%,菌蓋0.25%,菌柄0.13%,菌蓋比菌柄高48%;(2)多糖肽提取得率比較:菌蕾提取得率為2.12%,菌柄0.70%,菌蓋1.23%;(3)含量(以GLPPSQ計)比較:菌蕾1.30%,菌蓋0.3%,菌柄0.2%;(4)以上醇溶性靈芝酸和水溶性多肽結(jié)果:菌蕾菌蓋菌柄。上述結(jié)果說明仿野生栽培靈芝不同發(fā)育期的有效成分提取率和含量都存在明顯差異,這對靈芝的合理應(yīng)用提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of polyglycopeptide and ganodermic acid content of Ganoderma lucidum in wild cultivation, and to provide the basis for regulating the cultivation and product quality of Ganoderma lucidum. In this study, the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptide and the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptide were determined by RP-HPLC and HPLC-ELSD. The results showed that the extraction rate of polyglycopeptide was 2.12%, 0.70%, 0.70% and 1.23% (GLPPSQ) of low molecular weight (A / B C2 Ganoderic acid: 0.52%, 0.25%, 0.13%, 48% and 2% respectively) (in terms of GLPPSQ). The results showed that the content of polyglycopeptide was 2.12%, 0.70% and 1.23% respectively (in GLPPSQ). The results showed that the extraction rate of polyglycopeptide was 2.12%, 0.70% and 1.23% (in GLPPSQ). The results of alcohol soluble ganodermic acid and water-soluble polypeptide above 1.30%, 0.3% and 0.2% (P < 0.05): the stem of Ganoderma lucidum and water soluble polypeptide. The results showed that the extraction rate and content of effective components of Ganoderma lucidum in different developmental stages were obviously different, which provided a scientific basis for the rational application of Ganoderma lucidum.
