含異丙基和聯(lián)苯結(jié)構(gòu)可溶性聚酰胺的合成與表征

【摘要】:一種新型含異丙基和大側(cè)基聯(lián)苯結(jié)構(gòu)二胺單體3,3'-二異丙基-4,4'-二氨基苯基-4″-苯基甲苯(PAPT),與3種二酐通過Yamazaki膦;ǹs聚制得3種聚芳酰胺薄膜。研究表明,聚合物具有良好的溶解性能,常溫下能溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基亞砜(DMSO)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)等溶劑;具有突出的熱性能,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度均高于209℃,氮?dú)夥諊?0%熱失重溫度高于465℃;光學(xué)性能優(yōu)良,截止波長范圍在317~338nm,透過率超過80%的波長都大于445 nm。
[Abstract]:A new type of diamine monomer containing isopropyl and large side biphenyls was synthesized by condensation of three kinds of polyarylamides with three dianhydride by Yamazaki phosphonylation. The results show that the polymers have good solubility and can be dissolved in NMPN (NMPN) N (N) dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) (N) N (N) -dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) and other solvents at room temperature, and have outstanding thermal properties, such as N- (N-dimethylacetamide), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and so on.
