不同品種枳實(shí)HPLC指紋圖譜及成分含量差異性研究

【摘要】:采用HPLC-DAD方法建立18個批次酸橙枳實(shí)以及10個批次甜橙枳實(shí)的指紋圖譜,通過對照品對照和紫外圖譜指認(rèn)了17個色譜峰并對其進(jìn)行含量測定。色譜條件:Agilent Poroshell 120 SB-C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),以流動相甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脫,流速0.6 m L·min-1,檢測波長318 nm,柱溫為30℃。采用中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)(2004A)軟件進(jìn)行指紋圖譜分析,進(jìn)一步通過SIMCA-P 13.0軟件對17個確認(rèn)的成分含量進(jìn)行最小二乘法判別分析,確定區(qū)分酸橙枳實(shí)與甜橙枳實(shí)的差異性標(biāo)記物。該方法具有良好的精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性,為枳實(shí)的質(zhì)量控制和評價提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The fingerprint of 18 batches of Citrus aurantii and 10 batches of Citrus aurantii were established by HPLC-DAD. 17 chromatographic peaks were identified and determined by contrast and UV spectra.
