高效液相色譜多檢測器聯(lián)用并結合光譜、質(zhì)譜技術對不同黃芪樣品中黃芪甲苷伴生組分的研究

【摘要】:在檢測中藥材黃芪中黃芪甲苷含量時,將高效液相色譜的二極管陣列檢測器和蒸發(fā)光散射檢測器串聯(lián)使用,并結合光譜和質(zhì)譜分析技術,對黃芪甲苷的伴生組分進行了研究.結果表明,不同產(chǎn)地的黃芪樣品中,黃芪甲苷的含量差別較大,其伴生組分的種類和含量也有很大不同.此項研究對于深入評估黃芪的品質(zhì)具有一定的參考價值.
[Abstract]:In order to determine the content of astragaloside A in astragalus, a series of diode array detector and evaporative light scattering detector of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used in series, and the associated components of astragaloside A were studied by means of spectrum and mass spectrometry. The results showed that the content of Astragaloside A in the samples from different producing areas was quite different, and the species and contents of its associated components were also very different. This study has a certain reference value for further evaluation of the quality of Astragalus membranaceus.
