鐵電材料光催化活性的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:光催化技術(shù)被認(rèn)為是最有前景的環(huán)境污染處理技術(shù),這就使得光催化劑材料備受矚目.近年來(lái),鐵電材料作為新型光催化劑材料受到人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注,其原因在于鐵電材料特有的自發(fā)極化有望解決催化反應(yīng)過(guò)程中的電子-空穴對(duì)復(fù)合問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提高光催化活性.本文從兩個(gè)方面對(duì)鐵電極化如何影響光催化進(jìn)行綜述:一方面,從鐵電極化入手歸納總結(jié)其對(duì)電子-空穴對(duì)分離的影響,進(jìn)而更深入地從極化引發(fā)的退極化場(chǎng)和能帶彎曲兩個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述具體的影響機(jī)理;另一方面,為了消除靜電屏蔽,分別從溫度、應(yīng)力(應(yīng)變)、電場(chǎng)三個(gè)外場(chǎng)因素調(diào)控極化入手,歸納總結(jié)外場(chǎng)調(diào)控極化對(duì)電子-空穴對(duì)分離的影響,進(jìn)而影響光催化活性.最后對(duì)該領(lǐng)域今后的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望.
[Abstract]:Photocatalytic technology is considered to be the most promising environmental pollution treatment technology, which makes photocatalyst materials attracted much attention. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to ferroelectric materials as a new type of photocatalyst materials. The reason is that the spontaneous polarization of ferroelectric materials is expected to solve the electron-hole pair recombination problem in the catalytic reaction process. Thus, the photocatalytic activity is improved. In this paper, the influence of iron electrode on photocatalysis is reviewed in two aspects. On the one hand, the influence of iron electrode on the separation of electrons and holes is summarized. Furthermore, the specific influence mechanism is explained from two parts of depolarization field and band bending induced by polarization. On the other hand, in order to eliminate electrostatic shielding, polarization is regulated by three external field factors, temperature, stress (strain) and electric field, respectively. The effects of external field controlled polarization on the separation of electrons and holes were summarized, and then the photocatalytic activity was affected. Finally, the prospect of future development in this field is prospected.
