高相變溫度弛豫鐵電單晶PMN-PT-PZ的生長與性能表征

【摘要】:按照0.624Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.336Pb TiO_3-0.04Pb ZrO_3化學式所示組分比例,采用分步高溫固相反應合成出PMN-PT-PZ多晶,通過熔體坩堝下降法生長出尺寸鐖25 mm×90 mm的PMN-PT-PZ單晶。應用X射線衍射對所獲多晶和單晶試樣進行了物相分析,測試了PMN-PT-PZ晶片的介電溫譜、電滯回線和壓電常數(shù)。結果表明,所得三元固溶體單晶PMN-PT-PZ為不含焦綠石相的純鈣鈦礦相結構,其三方-四方相變溫度Trt達130℃,居里溫度Tc為165~170℃,取自單晶原坯三方相區(qū)段的(001)取向晶片的壓電常數(shù)d33在1300~1800 p C/N之間;其矯頑電場Ec為4~4.5 k V/cm,剩余極化強度Pr為20~31.5μC/cm2。跟PMN-PT單晶比較,PMN-PT-PZ單晶仍具有較大壓電常數(shù)d33,而三方-四方相變溫度明顯提高,其矯頑電場有所增大。
[Abstract]:According to the composition ratio indicated by the 0.624Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.336Pb TiO_3-0.04Pb ZrO_3 chemical formula, the PMN-PT-PZ polycrystals were synthesized by step high temperature solid state reaction. The PMN-PT-PZ single crystals with the size of 25 mm 脳 90 mm were grown by the melt crucible descent method. The phase analysis of polycrystalline and single crystal samples was carried out by X-ray diffraction. The dielectric temperature spectrum, hysteresis loop and piezoelectric constant of PMN-PT-PZ wafer were measured. The results show that the ternary solid solution single crystal PMN-PT-PZ is a pure perovskite phase without pyrochlore phase, and the tri-tetragonal phase transition temperature (Trt) is 130 鈩,
