高相變溫度弛豫鐵電單晶PMN-PT-PZ的生長(zhǎng)與性能表征

【摘要】:按照0.624Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.336Pb TiO_3-0.04Pb ZrO_3化學(xué)式所示組分比例,采用分步高溫固相反應(yīng)合成出PMN-PT-PZ多晶,通過熔體坩堝下降法生長(zhǎng)出尺寸鐖25 mm×90 mm的PMN-PT-PZ單晶。應(yīng)用X射線衍射對(duì)所獲多晶和單晶試樣進(jìn)行了物相分析,測(cè)試了PMN-PT-PZ晶片的介電溫譜、電滯回線和壓電常數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,所得三元固溶體單晶PMN-PT-PZ為不含焦綠石相的純鈣鈦礦相結(jié)構(gòu),其三方-四方相變溫度Trt達(dá)130℃,居里溫度Tc為165~170℃,取自單晶原坯三方相區(qū)段的(001)取向晶片的壓電常數(shù)d33在1300~1800 p C/N之間;其矯頑電場(chǎng)Ec為4~4.5 k V/cm,剩余極化強(qiáng)度Pr為20~31.5μC/cm2。跟PMN-PT單晶比較,PMN-PT-PZ單晶仍具有較大壓電常數(shù)d33,而三方-四方相變溫度明顯提高,其矯頑電場(chǎng)有所增大。
[Abstract]:According to the composition ratio indicated by the 0.624Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.336Pb TiO_3-0.04Pb ZrO_3 chemical formula, the PMN-PT-PZ polycrystals were synthesized by step high temperature solid state reaction. The PMN-PT-PZ single crystals with the size of 25 mm 脳 90 mm were grown by the melt crucible descent method. The phase analysis of polycrystalline and single crystal samples was carried out by X-ray diffraction. The dielectric temperature spectrum, hysteresis loop and piezoelectric constant of PMN-PT-PZ wafer were measured. The results show that the ternary solid solution single crystal PMN-PT-PZ is a pure perovskite phase without pyrochlore phase, and the tri-tetragonal phase transition temperature (Trt) is 130 鈩,
