直線型和H-型剛?cè)崆抖蔚途畚锏暮铣杉白越M裝性質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:兩親性三嵌段分子在超分子化學(xué)領(lǐng)域被廣泛的研究,所以由嵌段分子聚集形成的超分子體系備受關(guān)注。本文設(shè)計(jì)合成了四個(gè)扭動(dòng)的H-型目標(biāo)分子,通過二溴對(duì)二甲苯將剛棒中心連有羥基的剛棒線團(tuán)分子相連。柔性鏈部分為直線型和樹枝狀的聚環(huán)氧乙烷鏈,通過界面甲基的對(duì)比來考察柔性鏈的橫截面積和剛棒的形狀對(duì)分子自組裝所產(chǎn)生的影響。以及剛棒中心連有側(cè)基的剛?cè)崆抖蔚途畚?目的是想要研究剛棒側(cè)部連有不同基團(tuán)對(duì)聚集形貌的影響。通過核磁(1H-NMR)、飛行質(zhì)譜(TOF-MASS)、差式熱量掃描儀(DSC)、小角X射線散射(SAXS)、偏光顯微鏡(POM)等對(duì)這些化合物在本體狀態(tài)下的聚集能力進(jìn)行研究,通過紫外-可見光譜、熒光光譜,以及原子力顯微鏡(AFM)等儀器對(duì)目標(biāo)分子在水溶液中的聚集體形貌進(jìn)行了分析,主要討論了剛棒的形狀、柔性鏈長(zhǎng)度、柔性鏈橫截面積等因素對(duì)目標(biāo)分子在本體中自組裝行為和水溶液中聚集體形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,剛棒中心側(cè)部引入輕基和甲氧基,通過調(diào)節(jié)剛棒嵌段間的非共價(jià)相互作用直接影響其在本體和水溶液中的自組裝行為。對(duì)于H-型分子,雖然四個(gè)目標(biāo)分子具有相同的H-型剛棒嵌段骨架,但是柔性鏈的不同影響著其在本體和水溶液中的聚集行為。在這里影響分子在水溶液中聚集行為的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力是空間的位阻效應(yīng)和π-π堆積作用。
[Abstract]:Amphiphilic triblock molecules have been widely studied in the field of supramolecular chemistry. In this paper, we have designed and synthesized four torsional H-type target molecules, which are connected by dibromo-p-xylene with hydroxyl groups in the center of the rod. The flexible chain is a linear and dendritic poly (ethylene oxide) chain. The effects of cross section area and rigid rod shape of the flexible chain on the molecular self-assembly are investigated by the comparison of interfacial methyl. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of different groups on the morphology of the rigid rod. The aggregation ability of these compounds in bulk state was studied by NMR 1H-NMRT, TOF-MASS, differential heat scanner, small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), polarizing microscope (POM) and so on. UV-Vis spectra, fluorescence spectra, fluorescence spectra, and so on were used to study the aggregation of these compounds. Atomic force microscope (AFM) and other instruments were used to analyze the aggregation morphology of the target molecule in aqueous solution. The shape of the rod and the length of the flexible chain were discussed. The influence of the cross sectional area of the flexible chain on the self-assembly behavior of the target molecule in the bulk and the morphology of the aggregates in aqueous solution. The results show that the introduction of light and methoxy groups to the central side of the rod directly affects the self-assembly behavior in the bulk and aqueous solution by regulating the noncovalent interaction between the rigid rod blocks. For H- type molecules, although the four target molecules have the same H-type rigid bar block skeleton, the different flexible chains affect their aggregation behavior in bulk and aqueous solution. The main driving forces affecting molecular aggregation in aqueous solution are steric resistance and 蟺-蟺 accumulation.
