【摘要】：采用微波消解法對樣品進行前處理,電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)測定鮑魚配合飼料中鉛、砷、鉻、鎘、汞。研究表明,試驗建立的微波消解電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法標準曲線的回歸方程系數(shù)均大于0.999,方法檢出限分別為4.6、2.1、3.4、1.2、0.5μg/kg,加標回收率為91.0%~101.0%,相對標準偏差均小于5%(n=7),方法具有良好的準確度和靈敏度。與國家標準規(guī)定的檢測方法相比,該方法能夠更快速、準確地測定鮑魚配合飼料中的五種重金屬元素。
[Abstract]:The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion, and the lead, arsenic, chromium, cadmium and mercury in the compound feed of abalone were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
