【摘要】：以異氰脲酸三縮水甘油酯(TGIC)為擴(kuò)鏈劑,采用熔融共混法制備擴(kuò)鏈聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(CEPET)。使用烏氏黏度計(jì)測(cè)量其特性黏數(shù)([η]),滴定法測(cè)定其端羧基(CV)的含量,使用旋轉(zhuǎn)流變儀和差示掃描量熱儀對(duì)擴(kuò)鏈PET的流變和結(jié)晶性能進(jìn)行分析。當(dāng)TGIC的添加量為1.0 phr時(shí),[η]=0.93 d L/g;當(dāng)TGIC的添加量為1.4 phr時(shí),CV=6.2mol/L。當(dāng)TGIC的添加量為1.0 phr時(shí),損耗模量和儲(chǔ)存模量的最大值分別為19500 Pa和28800 Pa。隨著TGIC添加量的增加,結(jié)晶度和結(jié)晶溫度先下降后上升,最低值分別為25.5%和181℃,半結(jié)晶時(shí)間先延長(zhǎng)后縮短,最大值為1.8 min。
[Abstract]:Using triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) as chain extender, chain extender polyethylene terephthalate (CEPET) was prepared by melt blending method. The intrinsic viscosity number ([畏]) of PET was measured by Wurtzmann viscometer, and the content of carboxyl group CVV was determined by titration. The rheological and crystallization properties of extended chain PET were analyzed by rotating rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). When the addition of TGIC is 1.0 phr, [畏] 0.93 d L / g, and when the addition of TGIC is 1.4 phr, 6.2mol / L. When the addition of TGIC is 1.0 phr, the maximum values of loss modulus and storage modulus are 19500 Pa and 28800 Pa, respectively.
