【摘要】：嬰幼兒配方乳粉是非母乳喂養(yǎng)的嬰幼兒全部營養(yǎng)來源,對于嬰幼兒的正常發(fā)育和健康成長有著重要的意義�；趮胗變号浞饺榉蹖τ趮胗變撼砷L的重要性,因此嬰幼兒配方乳粉市場不斷增加,越來越激烈。某些廠家因為利益驅(qū)使制造假冒的嬰幼兒配方乳粉,造成市面上出現(xiàn)大量的假冒嬰幼兒配方乳粉,不僅損害嬰幼兒的身體健康,還損害生產(chǎn)商的利益。需要建立簡單、快速的鑒定方法,用于嬰幼兒配方乳粉品牌假冒鑒定。本文利用近紅外光譜技術(shù)建立銀橋牌嬰幼兒配方乳粉的指紋圖譜,并與其他品牌的嬰幼兒配方乳粉比較,進行嬰幼兒配方乳粉品牌假冒的鑒定。主要研究結(jié)果如下:(1)研究溫度和堆積緊實度對嬰幼兒配方乳粉近紅外光譜的影響結(jié)果表明(a)隨著溫度的升高,光譜的相對吸收度呈現(xiàn)不嚴格的下降趨勢;(b)在5300~5000 cm-1范圍內(nèi),對嬰幼兒配方乳粉施加壓力和沒有壓力的光譜存在顯著差異(P0.05),但在施壓的范圍內(nèi),施加壓力的大小對光譜的影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。(2)建立了銀橋牌的嬰幼兒配方乳粉指紋圖譜,其9個特征波數(shù)是4178.16、4488.73、4746.44、4997.55、5156.14、5341.16、6008.57、6794.91和8268.49 cm-1,銀橋牌嬰幼兒配方乳粉對應(yīng)的吸光值的比值是0.240:0.584:0.280:0.184:0.542:0.396:0.881:0.561:1.000,并且實驗方法的穩(wěn)定性、精密度和重現(xiàn)性良好。(3)利用構(gòu)建的嬰幼兒配方乳粉指紋圖譜既可以鑒別同一品牌不同使用對象的嬰幼兒配方乳粉也可以鑒別同一使用對象不同品牌的嬰幼兒配方乳粉。銀橋牌嬰幼兒配方乳粉的1段與2段、3段可以區(qū)分開,但2段和3段區(qū)分不開。銀橋牌的1、2或3段嬰幼兒配方乳粉,均能與其他品牌的相同使用對象的嬰幼兒配方乳粉分開。
[Abstract]:Infant formula milk powder is the whole nutrition source of the non breast-feeding infant. It is of great significance for the normal development and healthy growth of infants. Based on the importance of infant formula milk powder for the growth of infants, the infant formula milk powder market is increasing, and the more intense. Some manufacturers are driving the counterfeit because of the benefits. A large number of infant formula milk powder appeared on the market, which not only damages the health of infants and infants, but also damages the interests of the manufacturers. It is necessary to establish a simple and rapid identification method for the brand counterfeit identification of infant formula milk powder. The fingerprint of formula milk powder was compared with other brands of infant formula milk powder, and the brand counterfeit of infant formula milk powder was identified. The main results were as follows: (1) the results of the influence of temperature and accumulation on the near infrared spectrum of infant formula milk powder showed that (a) the relative absorption of the spectrum was not present with the increase of temperature. In the range of 5300~5000 cm-1, the spectrum of infant formula milk powder exerted pressure and no pressure was significantly different (P0.05) in the range of (b) cm-1, but the effect of pressure on the spectrum was not significant (P0.05) in the range of pressure. (2) the fingerprints of infant formula milk powder of the silver bridge were built, and the 9 characteristic waves were established. The number is 4178.164488.734746.444997.555156.145341.166008.576794.91 and 8268.49 cm-1. The ratio of the absorption value of the formula milk powder to the silver bridge infant formula is 0.240:0.584:0.280:0.184:0.542:0.396:0.881:0.561:1.000, and the stability, precision and reproducibility of the experimental method are good. (3) using the constructed infant formula milk powder. The fingerprints can distinguish the infant formula milk powder from the same brand with the same brand, and can identify the infant formula milk powder of the same brand. The 1 and 2 segments of the silver bridge infant formula milk powder can be separated, but the 2 and 3 segments can not be separated. The 1,2 or 3 section infant formula milk powder of the silver bridge brand can all be the same. His brand is separated from the infant formula milk powder of the same object.
