超高效液相色譜法雙波長法同時測定二妙丸中5種成分的含量

【摘要】:目的建立二妙丸中鹽酸小檗堿、鹽酸黃柏堿、鹽酸巴馬汀、木蘭花堿及蒼術(shù)素等5種成分的含量測定方法。方法采用超高效液相色譜法,色譜柱:Waters BEH(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(每100 m L加十二烷基硫酸鈉0.1 g)為流動相,梯度洗脫,流速為0.3 m L·min~(-1),鹽酸黃柏堿、木蘭花堿、鹽酸小檗堿、巴馬汀檢測波長為280 nm;蒼術(shù)素檢測波長為340 nm;柱溫:30℃。結(jié)果鹽酸小檗堿、黃柏堿、巴馬汀、木蘭花堿及蒼術(shù)素5種成分在一定范圍內(nèi)濃度與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系;精密度,穩(wěn)定性,重現(xiàn)性等均符合方法學(xué)要求;平均回收率在96.8%~99.3%之間,RSD均小于2.8%。結(jié)論建立的方法簡便快捷,準(zhǔn)確度高,重現(xiàn)性好,可為二妙丸的質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride, berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride, Magnoline and Atractylosin in Ermiao pills.
