單茂鈧催化對(duì)氟苯乙烯間規(guī)聚合及與乙烯共聚合的研究

【摘要】:采用(C5Me4Si Me3)Sc(CH2C6H4NMe2-o)2(1)和(C5Me4Si Me3)Sc(CH2Si Me3)2(THF)(2)2種單茂鈧催化劑,考察了其催化對(duì)氟苯乙烯均聚合以及與乙烯共聚合的性能,并通過(guò)1H-NMR、13C-NMR、GPC和DSC對(duì)所獲聚合物的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和熱性能進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明,單茂鈧1可以催化對(duì)氟苯乙烯均聚合,獲得間規(guī)聚合物,但聚合活性較低.采用單茂鈧2,控制溶劑種類(lèi)和用量可以獲得間規(guī)和無(wú)規(guī)2類(lèi)聚合物:控制對(duì)氟苯乙烯單體在氯苯溶劑中濃度低于2.4 mol/L,可獲得間規(guī)聚對(duì)氟苯乙烯(rrrr≥99%,Tm≥319oC),且聚合活性高達(dá)105 g polymer molSc-1 h-1;控制對(duì)氟苯乙烯單體在氯苯溶劑中濃度高于4.8 mol/L或者選用氟苯做溶劑,可獲得無(wú)規(guī)聚對(duì)氟苯乙烯;固定單體濃度調(diào)控對(duì)氟苯乙烯和催化劑的比例,可獲得分子量(Mn)在3.10×104~2.08×105間調(diào)控的間規(guī)和無(wú)規(guī)聚對(duì)氟苯乙烯.在常壓乙烯下,單茂鈧1和2還可以催化對(duì)氟苯乙烯與乙烯共聚合,獲得了組成(對(duì)氟苯乙烯含量41 mol%~88 mol%)和分子量(3.10?104~1.84?105)可控的兩元共聚物,共聚合活性高達(dá)106 g polymer molSc-1 h-1.當(dāng)共聚物中乙烯含量高于對(duì)氟苯乙烯含量時(shí),共聚物僅有源自聚乙烯嵌段的熔點(diǎn)(119~126oC).當(dāng)共聚物中對(duì)氟苯乙烯含量高于乙烯含量時(shí),共聚物出現(xiàn)聚對(duì)氟苯乙烯嵌段;由單茂鈧1獲得聚對(duì)氟苯乙烯嵌段為間規(guī)結(jié)構(gòu),共聚物具有熔點(diǎn)(269~282oC)和玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度(Tg,79~82oC);單茂鈧2獲得聚氟苯乙烯嵌段為無(wú)規(guī)結(jié)構(gòu),共聚物僅有1個(gè)Tg(94~96oC).
