【摘要】：目的建立不同產(chǎn)地三葉青藥材氯仿部位的HPLC指紋圖譜,并進(jìn)行聚類分析和主成分分析。方法分析采用Agilent C18色譜柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫;體積流量1.0 mL/min;柱溫30℃;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)210 nm。結(jié)果 17批三葉青樣品的HPLC指紋圖譜中有15個(gè)共有峰,其中3個(gè)峰被確認(rèn)為槲皮素、山萘酚-3-O-新橙皮糖苷和β-谷甾醇。結(jié)論樣品產(chǎn)地可被聚成5類,并且4個(gè)主成分的累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為85.38%。
