葡聚糖水凝膠微球的制備與表征

【摘要】:采用反相微乳液交聯(lián)法,以葡聚糖天然高分子為原料,制備了一系列基于葡聚糖的水凝膠微球。葡聚糖通過高碘酸鈉氧化進(jìn)行醛基化修飾,進(jìn)一步與乙二胺發(fā)生還原胺化反應(yīng)進(jìn)行交聯(lián);交聯(lián)反應(yīng)在以失水山梨酸酯類(Span 80/Tween 80)表面活性劑復(fù)配體系作為乳化劑、環(huán)己烷為油相構(gòu)成的油包水型反相微乳液中進(jìn)行。表面活性劑復(fù)配體系的組分配比是影響該葡聚糖水凝膠微球的粒徑及形貌的重要因素,研究結(jié)果表明,隨著表面活性劑復(fù)配體系的親水親油平衡值(HLB value)增加,微球粒徑呈現(xiàn)先減小而后增大并基本保持不變的趨勢(shì);當(dāng)該復(fù)配表面活性劑的HLB=5.27(即,m(Tween 80)/m(Span 80)=10)時(shí),獲得的葡聚糖凝膠微球粒徑最小且平均粒徑為(21.6±1.65)μm,粒徑分布在15~28μm之間。
[Abstract]:A series of hydrogel microspheres based on dextran were prepared by reverse microemulsion crosslinking method.Dextran was modified by aldehyde by oxidation of sodium periodate, and further crosslinked with ethylenediamine by reductive amination. The crosslinking reaction was carried out in the system of sorbic acid ester Span 80/Tween 80) as emulsifier.Cyclohexane was used in the oil-in-water reverse-phase microemulsion composed of cyclohexane.The composition and distribution ratio of surfactants was an important factor affecting the particle size and morphology of the dextran hydrogel microspheres.
