聚乳酸成型加工過程中的熔體粘彈特性和結(jié)晶行為調(diào)控

【摘要】:聚乳酸(PLA)是目前合成生物可降解高分子材料中應(yīng)用量最大的品種,可望逐漸部分取代聚烯烴而更廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。但PLA樹脂結(jié)構(gòu)決定的松弛特性導(dǎo)致其加工過程特殊的黏彈特性,使其熔體強(qiáng)度低、成型工藝特性不穩(wěn)定并進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品尺寸和性能不穩(wěn)定。此外,PLA極低的結(jié)晶速率,使其在擠出和注射成型等較高冷卻速率的實(shí)際加工條件下呈無定型態(tài),進(jìn)一步影響了其加工和使用性能。這些問題已成為PLA更大規(guī)模商品化應(yīng)用的瓶頸。本文從通過調(diào)控PLA熔體加工過程的黏彈特性而提高其可加工性出發(fā),綜述近年來本課題組在PLA成型加工過程中熔體粘彈特性和結(jié)晶行為(結(jié)晶速率和結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu))調(diào)控方面的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Polylactic acid (PLA) is one of the most widely used synthetic biodegradable polymer materials. It is expected that polyolefin will be gradually replaced by polyolefin to be more widely used in various fields. However, the relaxation characteristics of PLA resin due to its structure result in its special viscoelastic properties during processing, resulting in its low melt strength. In addition, the extremely low crystallization rate of PLA makes it amorphous under the conditions of higher cooling rate such as extrusion and injection molding. These problems have become the bottleneck of the larger commercial application of PLA. In this paper, by regulating the viscoelastic properties of PLA melt processing process, the machinability of PLA melt processing process is improved. The recent progress in the study of viscoelastic properties and crystallization behavior (crystallization rate and crystal structure) of melt during PLA molding was reviewed.
