均苯三甲酸銪鈰共摻雜配合物的合成及其熒光性能研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),熒光傳感材料和器件的研究作為材料科學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容,受到極大關(guān)注。由于熒光傳感材料在檢測(cè)中具有靈敏度高、檢測(cè)方便、可實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)等優(yōu)勢(shì),其在分子識(shí)別和化學(xué)傳感器的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域蓬勃發(fā)展。本論文首先研究了以稀土元素銪為金屬中心,均苯三甲酸為配體的金屬有機(jī)配合物的合成工藝及其熒光性能,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了銪鈰共摻雜對(duì)配合物熒光性能的改善作用及其對(duì)有機(jī)小分子化合物進(jìn)行熒光傳感檢測(cè)的可能性。本論文首先優(yōu)化水熱法合成均苯三甲酸銪配合物的工藝為:水熱反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,溶劑為N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),乙醇和H2O的混合溶液(體積比為3:3:2),反應(yīng)物Eu(NO_3)_3·6H_2O的濃度為0.01 mol/L,反應(yīng)物Eu(NO_3)_3·6H_2O/均苯三甲酸BTC的摩爾比為1:1,水熱反應(yīng)時(shí)間為24 h,后處理的替換溶劑為甲醇,真空的干燥溫度為140℃。利用XRD,SEM,IR,TG,XPS等手段對(duì)配合物的組成和形貌進(jìn)行表征,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):配合物主要呈現(xiàn)棒狀和塊狀,熱穩(wěn)定性好,金屬中心Eu為+3價(jià)。另外,對(duì)均苯三甲酸銪配合物進(jìn)行熒光性能研究,從其熒光發(fā)射光譜可以看出配合物的發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)位于535 nm,592 nm,616 nm,700 nm處,說(shuō)明均苯三甲酸銪配合物具有熒光性能。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了銪鈰共摻雜對(duì)配合物熒光性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:在銪配合物中摻雜鈰元素以后,配合物的熒光強(qiáng)度明顯增強(qiáng)而發(fā)射峰的位置基本不變,銪鈰比例為9:1,8:2,7:3,6:4,5:5的配合物均能對(duì)DMF,乙醇,甲醇水溶液進(jìn)行熒光傳感檢測(cè)。其中,銪鈰比為9:1的銪鈰共摻雜配合物對(duì)甲醇水溶液的熒光傳感檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確度最高,其熒光強(qiáng)度和體積濃度線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數(shù)平方的數(shù)值可達(dá)0.9978。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research of fluorescent sensing materials and devices has attracted great attention as an important part of material science. Because of the advantages of high sensitivity, convenient detection, real-time detection and so on, the fluorescent sensing materials have the advantages of high sensitivity, convenient detection and so on. In this paper, the synthesis and fluorescence properties of organometallic complexes with rare earth europium as metal center and trimethoic acid as ligand were studied. On this basis, the improvement of europium and cerium co-doping on the fluorescence properties of the complexes and the possibility of fluorescence sensing detection of small organic compounds were studied.
