【摘要】：Chan-Evans-Lam偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)在20世紀(jì)90年代被發(fā)現(xiàn)以后經(jīng)歷了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展.Chan-Evans-Lam偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)作為一類條件溫和、高效、官能團(tuán)兼容性好的偶聯(lián)方法,不僅被廣泛地應(yīng)用于各種碳-雜鍵、碳-碳鍵的形成反應(yīng)中,也成功地應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜天然產(chǎn)物的全合成中.綜述了近5年來Chan-Evans-Lam偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)在有機(jī)合成中發(fā)展的新策略及其在天然產(chǎn)物全合成中的應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:Since the discovery of Chan-Evans-Lam coupling reaction in the 1990s, it has undergone a rapid development. Chan-Evans-Lam coupling reaction, as a kind of coupling method with mild conditions, high efficiency and good functional group compatibility, has not only been widely used in various carbon-heterogeneity bonds. The carbon-carbon bond formation has also been successfully applied to the total synthesis of complex natural products. The new strategies for the development of Chan-Evans-Lam coupling reactions in organic synthesis and their applications in the total synthesis of natural products in recent 5 years are reviewed.
