【摘要】:銅、鈀、鎳、鋅過渡金屬有機(jī)配合物常作為催化劑催化Heck反應(yīng)、聚合反應(yīng)、硼氫化反應(yīng)等有機(jī)合成反應(yīng)。在充分文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了過渡金屬有機(jī)配合物的合成并用于催化Henry反應(yīng)及硅腈化反應(yīng)活性研究進(jìn)展。用一步合成法,將2-羥基毗啶與一水合乙酸銅及二水合氯化銅反應(yīng),3-羥基吡啶與一水合乙酸銅反應(yīng),L-纈氨酸與二水合氯化銅反應(yīng),L-苯甘氨酸與無水氯化鈀反應(yīng),D-亮氨醇與六水合氯化鎳及無水氯化鋅反應(yīng),D-纈氨醇與無水氯化鋅反應(yīng),四氰乙烯與二水合乙酸鋅反應(yīng),在無水甲醇溶劑中得到相應(yīng)的配合物(Ⅰ~Ⅸ),并用元素分析、紅外光譜、X-射線衍射確定其結(jié)構(gòu)。將配合物(Ⅰ~Ⅸ)應(yīng)用于苯甲醛及其它醛類的亨利反應(yīng),研究了溶劑,反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)催化反應(yīng)的影響,確定了最佳反應(yīng)條件,其中配合物(Ⅵ)的催化效果最好,轉(zhuǎn)化率為99%;將配合物(Ⅳ-Ⅸ)應(yīng)用于丙酮酸乙酯的亨利反應(yīng),其中配合物(Ⅳ)的催化效果最好,轉(zhuǎn)化率為90%;將配合物(Ⅰ~Ⅸ)應(yīng)用于催化硅腈化反應(yīng),配合物(Ⅶ)催化效果最好,轉(zhuǎn)化率為94%。
[Abstract]:Transition metal organic complexes of copper, palladium, nickel and zinc are often used as catalysts for Heck reaction, polymerization reaction, borohydride reaction and other organic synthesis reactions. The synthesis of transition metal organic complexes and their application in catalytic Henry reaction and siliconitrile reaction were reviewed. Reaction of 2-Hydroxypyridine with Copper Acetate monohydrate and Copper Chloride Dihydrate with 3-Hydroxypyridine and Copper Acetate monohydrate reaction of L-valine with Copper Chloride Dihydrate reaction of L-phenylglycine with anhydrous Palladium Chloride D- Leucine and hexahydrate.
