均勻設計在聚丙二醇二縮水甘油醚型環(huán)狀碳酸酯合成中的應用

【摘要】:以聚丙二醇二縮水甘油醚(PPGDGE)和CO_2為原料,在離子交換樹脂催化劑D296的作用下,通過環(huán)加成反應合成了聚丙二醇二縮水甘油醚型環(huán)狀碳酸酯(5CC-PPGDGE)。采用均勻設計法,考察了催化劑D296用量、反應時間、反應溫度、反應壓力以及催化劑的活化時間對PPGDGE轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。采用序貫均勻設計實驗,確定了對轉(zhuǎn)化率影響的主要因素,并且根據(jù)擬合回歸模型得到各影響因素與轉(zhuǎn)化率之間的關系,得到了最優(yōu)反應條件為:催化劑用量12%(以PPGDGE質(zhì)量計,下同),反應時間38 h,反應溫度125℃,反應壓力1.0 MPa,催化劑活化時間24 h,在該條件下PPGDGE的轉(zhuǎn)化率幾乎為100%,并對產(chǎn)物進行FTIR、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR、GPC和TGA表征,證明得到目標產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:Poly (propylene glycol diglycidyl ether) and CO_2 were used as raw materials to synthesize polypropanediol diglycidyl ether cyclic carbonate (PPC) 5CC-PPGDGEO by cycloaddition reaction under the action of ion exchange resin catalyst D296. The effects of the amount of catalyst D296, reaction time, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and catalyst activation time on the conversion of PPGDGE were investigated. According to the fitting regression model, the relationship between the factors and the conversion was obtained. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of catalyst was 12 (PPGDGE mass), the reaction time was 38 h, the reaction temperature was 125 鈩,
