高效液相色譜法同時測定糖果中6種合成著色劑及其鋁色淀

【摘要】:目的建立糖果中6種合成著色劑及其鋁色淀的高效液相色譜(HPLC)分析方法。方法樣品經(jīng)Na OH溶液浸泡超聲提取,離心,上清液經(jīng)PWAX柱富集凈化;采用InertsilRODS-3 C18為分離柱,以乙酸銨(0.02 mol/L)-乙腈為流動相,梯度洗脫,二極管陣列檢測器檢測,外標(biāo)法定量。結(jié)果 6種目標(biāo)化合物在0.1~50.0 mg/L范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r值)大于0.999,3個濃度水平加標(biāo)回收率為70.3%~110%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為0.07%~11.4%,檢出限為1.0 mg/kg。應(yīng)用該方法檢測了10件市售糖果樣品,檢出檸檬黃、日落黃、胭脂紅、誘惑紅和亮藍,其含量為1.5~363 mg/kg。結(jié)論該方法簡便快速,靈敏度高,適合于糖果中6種合成著色劑的測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the analysis of six synthetic coloring agents and their aluminized amylum in confectionery. Methods the samples were extracted by soaking in NaOH solution, centrifuged and purified by PWAX column, and InertsilRODS-3 C18 was used as the separation column. The mobile phase was 0.02mol / L ~ (-1) -acetonitrile, gradient elution, detection by diode array detector and quantitative analysis by external standard method. Results there was a linear relationship between the six target compounds and the peak area in the range of 0.1 ~ 50.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficient (r) was greater than 0.999, the recovery rate of three concentration levels was 70.33 and 110g, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.07g / kg, and the detection limit was 1.0 mg / kg. The method was used to detect 10 samples of candies sold on the market, such as lemon yellow, sunset yellow, rouge red, seductive red and bright blue. Conclusion the method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of six synthetic colorants in confectionery.
