【摘要】:采用紅外光譜、核磁共振、高分辨質(zhì)譜對(duì)甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)與三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)反應(yīng)預(yù)聚物進(jìn)行表征,并通過高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用追蹤反應(yīng)中各低聚物中間體的含量,研究TDI和TMP的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué).研究表明:TDI-TMP加成反應(yīng)為二級(jí)反應(yīng);溫度對(duì)TDI中2位和4位—NCO的反應(yīng)選擇性有顯著影響,反應(yīng)溫度從50℃升高到80℃,2位—NCO選擇性從0.41增加到0.64;在80℃下,三步反應(yīng)的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)分別為0.185 40、0.037 89和0.011 40 mol~(-1)·L~(-1)·min~(-1),活化能分別為12.76、16.58和25.63 k J/mol,反應(yīng)第三步較前兩步對(duì)溫度更加敏感,故反應(yīng)后期適當(dāng)提高溫度有利于反應(yīng)的充分進(jìn)行.
[Abstract]:The prepolymer of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and trimethylolpropane (TMP) was characterized by IR, NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry, and the content of oligomer intermediates in the reaction was tracked by HPLC / MS. The reaction kinetics of TDI and TMP was studied. The results show that the addition reaction of TDI-TMP is a second-order reaction, and the temperature has a significant effect on the selectivity of 2-and 4-position -NCO reaction in TDI.
