輪輻板式局域共振聲子晶體隔振器的振動(dòng)特性研究

【摘要】:基于局域共振帶隙機(jī)理,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型的輪輻式三組元凸起聲子晶體板隔振器,并結(jié)合理論帶隙計(jì)算、有限元仿真和試驗(yàn)測(cè)試對(duì)隔振器的低頻隔振特性進(jìn)行分析和驗(yàn)證。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以輪輻形板為三組元凸起聲子晶體板的基板比圓形板容易獲得更大的帶隙頻率范圍內(nèi)衰減幅度;迳祥_(kāi)孔可以提高帶隙的終止頻率,從而增大帶隙寬度。選用三種雙側(cè)凸起的原胞為輪輻板的基本單元,設(shè)計(jì)了三種單輪輻板隔振器,以及不同輪輻板排列組合的六種雙輪輻板和六種三輪輻板隔振器。實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明,單輪輻板、雙輪輻板以及三輪輻板隔振器在其帶隙頻率范圍內(nèi)平均衰減幅度分別可以達(dá)到24 dB、34 dB以及38 dB。這種結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及研究結(jié)果在低頻減振領(lǐng)域有潛在的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of local resonance band gap, a new type of three-component protruding phonon crystal plate isolator is designed, and the theoretical band gap is calculated. Finite element simulation and test are used to analyze and verify the low frequency vibration isolation characteristics of the vibration isolator. It is easier to obtain a larger attenuation amplitude in the band gap frequency range by using the spoke plate as the substrate of the three-component convex phonon crystal plate than the circular plate, and the opening in the substrate can increase the terminating frequency of the band gap. In order to increase the width of the band gap, three kinds of protruded protocells are selected as the basic unit of the spoke plate, and three kinds of single spoke plate isolators are designed. And six kinds of double spoke plates and six kinds of three-spoke plate isolators arranged and combined with different spoke plates. The measured data show that the single spoke plate, The average attenuation amplitude of dual-spoke plate and three-spoke plate isolator can reach 24 dB and 38 dB in the band gap frequency range, respectively. The structural design and research results have potential application prospect in the field of low frequency vibration absorption.
