聚乳酸微膠囊的層層自組裝及表征

【摘要】:以碳酸鈉和氯化鈣為原料制備的碳酸鈣微球?yàn)槟0?采用層層自組裝的方法,將左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)和右旋聚乳酸(PDLA)逐層組裝在碳酸鈣微球上,然后用乙二胺四乙酸二鈉(EDTA)去除模板碳酸鈣后成功制備了聚乳酸中空微膠囊,并采用掃描電鏡、原子力顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、激光共聚焦顯微鏡、差示掃描量熱儀和廣角X射線衍射儀對微膠囊進(jìn)行初步表征。結(jié)果表明,微膠囊層形成的層間驅(qū)動力為聚乳酸異構(gòu)體之間的立構(gòu)復(fù)合作用,微膠囊呈現(xiàn)經(jīng)典的褶皺狀,囊壁厚度約為90~100nm,內(nèi)部為空腔結(jié)構(gòu),囊壁允許小分子物質(zhì)透過,在載藥緩釋領(lǐng)域具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Calcium carbonate microspheres, prepared from sodium carbonate and calcium chloride, were assembled layer by layer on calcium carbonate microspheres by layer-by-layer self-assembly method. Polylactic acid hollow microcapsules were successfully prepared by removing template calcium carbonate with EDTA-EDTA. Scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscope, transmission electron microscope, laser confocal microscope were used to prepare polylactic acid hollow microcapsules. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide-angle X-ray diffractometer (WAXD) were used to characterize microcapsules. The results showed that the interlaminar driving force of microencapsulation was the combination of polylactic acid isomers, and the microcapsules showed classic folds. The thickness of the capsule wall is about 90 ~ 100 nm, and the internal cavity structure is hollow. The wall of the capsule allows small molecules to permeate, so it has a good application prospect in the field of drug delivery sustained release.
